نحن في «فيونكا» نحترم خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة أنواع البيانات التي نجمعها عند استخدامك للتطبيق، وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها، وحقوقك تجاهها. At "Fionka" we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the app, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding it.

1 البيانات التي نجمعها Data We Collect

  • معلومات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني (اختياري)، تاريخ الميلاد والجنس (اختياري) — لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل الدخول.
  • عناوين التوصيل: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، المحافظة، وتفاصيل العنوان — لتوصيل طلباتك.
  • الطلبات: سجلّ مشترياتك وحالة طلباتك.
  • الصور: الصور التي ترفعها اختيارياً في المحادثة مع المتجر أو مع الطلب.
  • بيانات الجهاز: رمز الإشعارات (لإرسال إشعارات الطلبات والعروض) ومعلومات تقنية أساسية لتشغيل التطبيق.

لا نجمع بيانات الموقع الجغرافي الدقيق، ولا نطلب بيانات بطاقات الدفع داخل التطبيق.

  • Account info: name, phone number, email (optional), date of birth and gender (optional) — to create your account and sign in.
  • Delivery addresses: name, phone, governorate, and address details — to deliver your orders.
  • Orders: your purchase history and order status.
  • Images: photos you optionally upload in the store chat or with an order.
  • Device data: a notification token (to send order and offer notifications) and basic technical info to run the app.

We do not collect precise location data, and we do not request payment card data inside the app.

2 كيف نستخدم بياناتك How We Use Your Data

  • معالجة طلباتك وتوصيلها.
  • التواصل معك حول طلباتك وخدمة العملاء.
  • إرسال إشعارات حول حالة الطلب والعروض (يمكنك إيقافها).
  • تحسين التطبيق وتجربة التسوّق.
  • Process and deliver your orders.
  • Communicate with you about your orders and customer support.
  • Send notifications about order status and offers (you can disable them).
  • Improve the app and shopping experience.

3 مشاركة البيانات Data Sharing

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمات الضروريين لتشغيل التطبيق (مثل خدمة الاستضافة Supabase وخدمة الإشعارات Firebase من Google)، وبالقدر اللازم لتوصيل طلباتك.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We share it only with the service providers necessary to run the app (such as the hosting service Supabase and the notifications service Firebase by Google), and only as needed to deliver your orders.

4 حماية البيانات والاحتفاظ بها Data Security & Retention

نستخدم اتصالاً مشفّراً (HTTPS) وضوابط وصول صارمة لحماية بياناتك. نحتفظ بالبيانات طالما حسابك فعّال. تبقى سجلات الطلبات السابقة محفوظة لأغراض محاسبية دون ربطها باسمك بعد حذف الحساب.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and strict access controls to protect your data. We retain data while your account is active. Past order records are kept for accounting purposes, unlinked from your name, after account deletion.

5 حقوقك وحذف الحساب Your Rights & Account Deletion

يمكنك في أي وقت تعديل بياناتك أو حذف حسابك نهائياً من داخل التطبيق عبر: حسابي ← حذف الحساب. عند الحذف تُمسح بياناتك الشخصية (عنوانك، مفضلتك، سلتك، تقييماتك) بشكل دائم ولا يمكن استرجاعها.

You can at any time edit your data or permanently delete your account from inside the app via: Profile → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data (address, favorites, cart, reviews) is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

6 خصوصية الأطفال Children's Privacy

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
